For the goodwill of our customers, the items and services that we provide are often altered and customized on the demand of the customers and hence it is preferred that if we do not meet your requirements or if the products are damaged we should be informed within 3 days after the delivery. Refund of money is not practicable, however, we will re-print your order free of cost if the defect in the product is the fault of the company. Our management team works on the defected piece and inquires about it. The customer has to return the products within a week by shipping it at their own cost with all the documents and details of the defect and photographs of the item so we without any hurdle can re-print the product. If the defect is found out to be on the clients plate, and if they still want the money to be refunded, then a printed job would have to be sent back and a charge back will be given subtracting the product set up and the shipping cost by the company.
